Otara Cosmetics was established in 2006. We are dedicating in O E M & O D M service for cosmetics and skin care products. We provide one-stop service from logo design, packaging design, formula research and development, production, filling, packaging to final shipping. Due to our compassion for all living beings, the products we supply are all cruelty-free & vegan.

Our associated factory has 100,000 grade dust-free workshop. The production is compliant with I S O 9 0 0 1 and GMP management system. Presently there are more than 1,000 formulas for different products. Our R&D team has rich theoretical and practical experience in beauty industry. Each year hundreds of cosmetic formulas were developed. Our R&D team is able to prepare samples based on benchmark samples provided by our customers. We are committed to match the formula, texture, shades as closed as the benchmark samples. Physical test, chemical test and testing on product appearance, functions, microorganism, heavy metal, stability are conducted to ensure quality of products.

Our factory have full quality control on raw material, packaging, production process , finished goods. Inspection are conducted from appearance, function, to physical and chemical aspects, from storage, production and personal environment to ensure quality products.
